Dennis Todd's Dwelling

Located in Black River, St. Elizabeth Jamaica, this project was the first for Nx.Gen. The dwelling is designed as a 4bedroom, 4.5 baths home with other amenities. 1 Bedroom , bathroom & kitchen of which is designed as a studio section which can open into or be secluded from the main building. Nx.Gen was contracted midway through construction where the previous contractor proved inept for the task. We made a few demolition and reconstructive work to bring the building back in accordance with the approved drawings and client's vision. The project is now back on target and poised for completion.
Schobourgh's
3 Storey split level Dwelling

Located at the Highlands of Spring Farm, Rosehall, St. James, Jamaica this project was next in line for Nx.Gen and ran simultaneously with the Nursing Home project. Designed to be a 5 bedroom, 5 and 1/2 bathroom, a three car garage along with other amenities. From the offset, the project went smoothing and continued along that path for four months until the tragic passing of the client. May his soul rest in peace.
Tailor's Roofing Project

Located at Braco, Trelawny, Jamaica this roofing project was the largest undertaken by Nx.Gen to date. With an area of 2,764 square feet, the project from estimation to completion took us three weeks.
