Our services also includes fencing. Ranging from Barb wiring to Chain linked fencing or a hybrid of both.

Drafting

Our services extends onward to that of Drafting, namely precisely putting on paper the ideas envisioned by you our clients for the perfect dream home.

Our drawings are tailored to your dreams and produced in accordance to the standards of the country's governing authorities. Here at Nx.Gen we actualize your dreams.

Roofing Services

We also undertake roofing projects only. Most notably Timber roofing with sheet tile finishing (Painted Metal & Stone Coated). The service included roof layout assessment, comprehensive material estimation, material sourcing and delivery and finally construction. Material and labour are provided with warranty.

Building Layout/Profiling

Alternatively to managing your project from the onset to completion, we at Nx.Gen simply offer the service of setting your project off to the perfect start. All too often the parish councils inspects projects midway through to completion and finds that the building is being constructed outside of the property boundaries and/or not in accordance with offsets and setbacks establised by the relevant planning agency or similarly, the building was being constructed completely off tangent to the approved drawings. To rectify such tragedies is extremly costly and time consuming. We at Nx.Gen offer our services to see your project off to a great start by establishing your property boundaries and profiling all perimeter and internal walls of the building in accordance to the relevant setbacks and offsets.

Excavation Services

Lastly, the company offers excavation services, namely by means of Air Compressor/Jackhammer & Backhoe rental at an affordable and competitive rate.
